Job Description:

• 4+ years of hands-on development and deployment in Workday Time tracking configuration in HCM and/or Workday Time Tracking configuration
• Knowledge in Absence Plans, Time Entry Templates, Time Calculations, Time Entry Codes and Accrual Calculations
• Configuration about Worker Eligibility, Business Processes (i.e. Approval, Notifications, Alerts, Validations) , Work Schedule Calendar setup
• Knowledge in Custom Reports, Calculated Fields EIBs
• Detailed understanding of Workday HCM and Absence / Time Tracking processes and best practices
• EXP in gathering requirements, design, prototype, and testing of Workday Absence and Time Tracking solutions according to customer requirements
• Able to create, amend or troubleshoot new time code, calc rules, business process.
• Knowledge of Workday integration and report is advantageous.
• Troubleshoot integration issues requiring in depth expertise in the Workday solution
