Job Description: Tele Sales Executive

Position Overview:

G Skyeagle Infra Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team. As a Tele Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting our civil and construction services over the phone and converting leads into sales. Your excellent communication and persuasive skills will be instrumental in reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and showcasing the value of our offerings.

Responsibilities:

·        Tele Sales: Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce Kalyani Infra's civil and construction services.

·        Lead Generation: Identify potential leads and follow up on inquiries generated through various marketing channels.

·        Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their requirements, answer queries, and provide relevant information about our services.

·        Pitching Services: Present and explain the features, advantages, and benefits of our civil and construction solutions to potential clients.

·        Sales Conversion: Convert leads into sales by effectively communicating the value proposition and addressing client concerns.

·        Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals set by the Sales Manager.

·        Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty to Kalyani Infra.

·        Database Management: Update and maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

·        Market Research: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.

·        Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to the Sales Manager for evaluation and strategy planning.

·        Customer Service: Ensure prompt and efficient resolution of customer issues and concerns to enhance customer satisfaction.

·        Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the company's services, industry developments, and sales techniques to enhance selling skills.

·        Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to achieve collective goals.

·        Adherence to Policies: Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

·        Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

·        Experience: Proven experience as a Tele Sales Executive or in a similar role, preferably in the civil and construction industries.

·        Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills and persuasive abilities to engage clients effectively.

·        Sales Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills to convert leads into successful sales closures.

·        Goal-Oriented: Highly motivated and target-driven with a focus on achieving sales objectives.

·        Customer-Centric: Customer-oriented approach with a dedication to providing exceptional service.

·        Relationship Building: Ability to build rapport with clients and establish long-term business relationships.
