Job description

We are seeking a reliable Forklift Operator to join our team. The role involves operating forklifts to move, locate, stack, and count inventory, as well as maintaining safety and accuracy in all aspects of warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a forklift to move and position products or materials within the warehouse or loading areas.
• Load and unload materials from trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and maintain forklifts to ensure they are in safe operating condition.
• Assist in inventory control by accurately scanning, tagging, and organizing goods.
• Follow safety protocols, including securing loads, adhering to weight limits, and maintaining clear aisles.
• Perform routine checks and inspections to ensure product quality and compliance.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid forklift operator certification (or ability to obtain one).
• 3+ years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or industrial setting.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and organizational skills.
