Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in bookkeeping tasks including recording financial transactions, updating statements, and checking financial records for accuracy.
• Handle invoicing processes and ensure timely and accurate invoices are sent to clients.
• Manage accounts payable by processing invoices, verifying discrepancies, and ensuring payments are made on time.
• Oversee accounts receivable to follow up on outstanding payments and maintain accurate records of incoming payments.
• Prepare financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements, to support decision-making.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry, analysis, and reporting purposes.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail in all financial tasks and documentation.
• Possess effective communication skills to interact with team members and external partners.
• Basic knowledge of GST Filling
• Handling admin works
• Handling petty cash and cheque printing work.
