Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in HIRA (Mandatory skill) is essential for identifying and evaluating hazards and risks in the workplace.
• Strong ability in conducting thorough risk assessments to foresee potential safety challenges and develop effective measures.
• Knowledgeable in safety regulations and compliance to ensure adherence to laws and protocols.
• Competency in emergency response planning to efficiently handle potential safety incidents.
• Skilled in incident investigation with the capability of delving into the root causes of workplace accidents and incidents.
• Experience in delivering safety training to enhance awareness and promote a culture of safety among staff.
• Adept in conducting safety audits to evaluate safety practices and compliance across the organization.
• Familiarity with safety management systems to effectively organize safety efforts and initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies to promote a safe working environment.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits, providing detailed reports and actionable solutions.
• Develop and implement comprehensive safety training programs for staff at all levels.
• Lead incident investigations to determine causes and preventive measures for future occurrences.
• Coordinate emergency response efforts, creating and updating emergency plans as needed.
• Liaise with management and staff to educate and enforce safety standards and practices.
• Monitor and update safety procedures as per national and local regulations and organizational needs.
