As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Growtholics, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, and labs. Your primary responsibilities will include promoting our healthcare solutions, scheduling and facilitating product demos, and meeting sales targets.


Requirements

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
  • Schedule and facilitate product demos with potential clients.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and follow up on leads.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with channel partners.
  • Identify lucrative sales opportunities and meet sales targets.
  • Provide comprehensive responses to customer inquiries.
  • Stay informed about product updates and industry trends.
  • Manage and update a comprehensive customer database.


Requirements:
  • Experience in Medical & Pharma sales preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales acumen and ability to meet targets.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned location.
  • Hunger for success and drive to exceed sales targets.
