Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2C Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at Growskill IT. As a key member of the sales department, you will be responsible for driving enrolment in our educational courses tailored for working professionals. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, a passion for education, and a proven track record in B2C sales.


Responsibilities:  

             Customer Outreach:  

●     Conduct outbound calls, emails, WhatsApp messages and other communication methods to engage potential customers.  

●     Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students.  

●     Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our courses.  

              Sales Presentation:  

●     Deliver compelling presentations to showcase the benefits of our courses for working professionals.  

●     Customise presentations to address the unique needs and concerns of individual clients.  

●     Effectively communicate the value proposition of our courses and how they align with the professional development goals of the target audience.  

Consultative Selling:  

●     Conduct needs assessments to understand the specific requirements of each potential customer.  

Recommend suitable courses based on the prospective student's career goals and industry trends. 

●     Provide guidance on available payment plans and options.  


Sales Targets:  

●     Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly enrolment targets.  

●     Implement effective sales strategies to maximise conversion rates.  

●     Continuously update and maintain accurate records of sales activities in the system.   

  Market Research:  

●     Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and changes in the professional development landscape.  

●     Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on customer interactions.  

Qualifications:  

●     Any Bachelor's degree with excellent communication skills.  

●     Proven experience in B2C sales, preferably in the education or training sector.  

●     Strong interpersonal and communication skills.  

●     Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets.  

●     Ability to adapt to a fast- paced and evolving work environment.
