Job role : Corporate/B2B Sales (2 - 4 yrs experience)

Job Location : Peenaya , Bengluru , Karnataka

Max. CTC : 3.6 LPA

Job Description:

You will be responsible for driving business growth, building strong partnerships, and leading the sales team to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth and expand market presence in the B2B/Corporate sales field.

2. Identify and engage potential clients through proactive prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target client organizations.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align strategies and ensure seamless execution.

5. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.

6. Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contracts that address client needs and showcase the value of our products/services.

7. Negotiate and close high-value sales deals, ensuring favorable terms, pricing, and contract terms.

8. Track and analyze sales data and market trends to refine sales strategies and maximize revenue generation.

Desired SkillsRequirements:

1. Bachelor's/ Master degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

2. 4-7 years of progressive experience in B2B sales, preferably in a similar industry or sector.

3. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (Must)

5. Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.

6. Deep understanding of the B2B sales process, including lead generation, qualification, proposal development, and contract negotiation.

7. Experience in building and maintaining relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.

8. Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients, attend industry events, and visit regional offices.
