Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled VMC Programmer to join our team. As a VMC Programmer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining CNC programs for our Vertical Machining Centers (VMCs). This role requires a strong understanding of programming languages, as well as experience in the manufacturing industry.

Qualifications and Skills

• Junior-level experience of 1 to 3 years in VMC programming
• Proficiency in programming languages such as G-code and M-code
• Strong knowledge of CNC , VMC machining techniques and processes
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Experience with CAD/CAM software and CNC simulation tools
• Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Write and optimize CNC programs for VMCs based on engineering drawings and specifications
• Set up and operate VMCs to produce precision components
• Perform routine maintenance and inspection of VMCs
• Troubleshoot any programming or operational issues that arise during production
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to improve machining processes
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in CNC,VMC programming and machining technologies
