Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Tender Executive / Technical Sales Executive with 4 to 6 years of experience to join Gridbots Technologies Pvt. Ltd. This role is based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India and is a full-time position. As a Tender Executive / Technical Sales Executive, you will be responsible for tender preparation, procurement, tender offers, technical product sales, technical sales presentations, tender submissions, tender writing, and industrial sales.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• 4 to 6 years of experience in tender preparation, procurement, and technical sales
• Strong knowledge of tender processes and procedures
• Proven track record of successful tender submissions and technical sales
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
• Experience in industrial sales is preferred
• Fluency in English is required, additional languages are a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze tender documentation, project requirements, and specifications
• Excellent Knowledge of GEM and CPP portal
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather the necessary information for tender preparation
• Prepare and submit tender offers promptly
• Participate in technical sales presentations to prospective clients
• Collaborate with the procurement team for sourcing and procurement of required products
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions
• Prepare and submit tender submissions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client's requirements
• Write compelling tender proposals
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential opportunities
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company
• Stay updated with industry trends and developments related to technical product sales and industrial sales
