Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Tender Executive / Technical Sales Executive with 4 to 6 years of experience to join Gridbots Technologies Pvt. Ltd. This role is based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India and is a full-time position. As a Tender Executive / Technical Sales Executive, you will be responsible for tender preparation, procurement, tender offers, technical product sales, technical sales presentations, tender submissions, tender writing, and industrial sales.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- 4 to 6 years of experience in tender preparation, procurement, and technical sales
- Strong knowledge of tender processes and procedures
- Proven track record of successful tender submissions and technical sales
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
- Experience in industrial sales is preferred
- Fluency in English is required, additional languages are a plus
Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze tender documentation, project requirements, and specifications
- Excellent Knowledge of GEM and CPP portal
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather the necessary information for tender preparation
- Prepare and submit tender offers promptly
- Participate in technical sales presentations to prospective clients
- Collaborate with the procurement team for sourcing and procurement of required products
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions
- Prepare and submit tender submissions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client's requirements
- Write compelling tender proposals
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential opportunities
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company
- Stay updated with industry trends and developments related to technical product sales and industrial sales
