Qualifications and Skills

• Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience in graphic design or a related field
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, After Effects, and Adobe Illustrator
• Solid understanding of motion graphics and video editing techniques
• Ability to translate ideas and concepts into visually appealing designs
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple design projects
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
• A portfolio showcasing previous work and design skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and illustrations for our company's marketing materials
• Assist in the creation and design of digital assets for our website, social media platforms, and other digital channels
• Ensure that all graphical content is aligned with our brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity
• Develop motion graphics and animated videos to enhance our marketing campaigns
• Utilize design software such as Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, After Effects, and Adobe Illustrator to create high-quality designs
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for enhancing our visual communications
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and software to continuously improve your design skills
• Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs within specified deadlines
