● Acquire and grow the customer base of a large MNC agro chemical company by using farmer referral programs and instant gratification rewards
● Engage HNI customers of a large real estate company with high-end exclusive benefits, privileges, and rewards
● Assist one of India’s top credit card issuing company to reduce employee attrition and increase sales across multiple sourcing channels

Responsibilities of the role
- Monitoring and close Coordination with Suppliers for dispatch of orders and resolving the issues if any during the course of daily order management
- Constant follow up with suppliers for sharing of new products, catalogue updation and planning promotions.
- Monitoring open tickets and follow up with suppliers for the timely closure of the tickets along with resolution.
- Uploading products on Tolshop backend panel involving creation of product description sheet, image upload etc following the guidelines and maintaining the quality is of prime importance.
- Updation of products information and Product & price updates at the backend panel.
- Checking of quality for the new products
- Follow up with vendors for getting the delivery information from them.
- Making of client rewards & redemption reports in powerpoint on monthly basis.
- Price negotiation with suppliers to maximise profitability of the company.
● Coordinating with Courier partners for deliveries
● Updating and maintaining courier files
● Uploading Courier Bills
● Following up with Courier Partners on various logistics for order deliveries & logistics related activities.
● Coordination with Finance team for invoices and payments
What you will need
● Strong written and verbal communication skills
● Good command over MS office including Excel formulas, pivot table, powerpoint.
This role requires coordination with multiple stakeholders like finance, customer support, technical and various other teams
