Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Programmer to manage and support our ERP systems and related IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, ERP software management, and experience with various technical tools and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Backup and Restore Operations: Regularly take backups and perform restoration on the server to ensure data integrity and availability.

2. Wi-Fi User Management (Jaze): Oversee and manage Wi-Fi user accounts and settings using Jaze.

3. ERP Software Support: Provide technical support for ERP software, ensuring smooth operation and troubleshooting any issues.

4. GSuite Maintenance: Manage GSuite accounts, including the creation and maintenance of email IDs.

5. SMS Portal Maintenance and SMS DLT Approval: Handle SMS portal maintenance and manage the approval process for SMS DLT.

6. GSites and Looker Studio Management: Oversee the management of GSites and Looker Studio sites, ensuring they meet the organization’s needs.

7. Inventory Management System: Maintain and manage the Inventory Management System.

8. Intranet Management: Ensure the college intranet is updated and functioning correctly.

9. IT Helpdesk Support: Provide IT helpdesk support to staff and students, resolving technical issues promptly.

10. WordPress Website Management: Manage and update the college’s WordPress website, ensuring content is current and the site is secure.

Qualifications:

a. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

b. Proven experience in ERP software support and IT infrastructure management.

c. Strong knowledge of server backup and restore operations.

d. Experience with Wi-Fi user management, GSuite, SMS portals, GSites, and Looker Studio.

e. Familiarity with Inventory Management Systems, intranet, and IT helpdesk support.

f. Proficiency in WordPress website management.

g. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

h. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
