- Oversee employee relations and ensure a harmonious working environment.
- Administer payroll and ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Handle compensation and benefits administration effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all HR-related legal requirements and company policies.
- Resolve conflicts and handle grievances promptly and professionally.
- Manage and maintain the HRIS system to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.
- Conduct performance reviews and support employee development.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand their HR needs and provide appropriate support.
