Job Overview
The Human Resources Intern role at Etiam.CA/greyHR.live is a fantastic opportunity for freshers with 0 to 2 year of experience to gain hands-on experience in HR operations. This remote internship spans several locations including Bengaluru, Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Cochin, and Hyderabad. As an integral part of the HR team, you will support various HR functions, contributing to recruitment, employee engagement, and HR strategy implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment:
- AI-powered recruitment
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles within the organization.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to identify the best fit for open positions.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future recruitment needs.
- Manage recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives.
- HR Digital Marketing:
- Create and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance employer branding and attract top talent.
- Manage the company’s social media presence and careers page.
- Develop and execute content marketing strategies, including blog posts, newsletters, and other online content.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.
- HR Analytics:
- Collect and analyze HR data to provide insights on various HR metrics such as employee turnover, recruitment effectiveness, and employee satisfaction.
- Develop dashboards and reports to present HR data to senior management.
- Utilize data-driven approaches to improve HR processes and strategies.
- Conduct regular audits of HR data to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, digital marketing, and HR analytics.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and data analysis tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in HR, Marketing, or related field.
- Certification in HR or Digital Marketing (e.g., SHRM, HRCI, Google Analytics).
- Experience with HRIS and ATS systems.
