Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of International Voice - BPO experience or any customer service experience.
- Minimum Qualification HSC or Graduation.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
- Proficient in using customer service software and systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
- Good multitasking and time management skills.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely information.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner.
- Maintain customer records and update information in the CRM system.
