• Reviews Branch Sales Matrix

• Periodically reviews CPVs and GRTs.

• Monitor profitability and performance of the cluster using various productivity, efficiency and financial parameters.

• Periodically audits the cash management process.

• Plans activities to ensure growth of business and therefore market share

• Tracks competition regularly and provides feedback on the initiatives on changes in programmes.

• Provides feedback on the existing policies with their pros and cons.

• Actively takes part in the hiring of front end sales personnel for the cluster ensuring 100% manning at any point in time.

• Ensures all the employees on-boarded have undergone requisite training and are certified.

• Ensures all the Units have adhered to all statutory norms and escalates as and when any issues surfaces
