REQUIREMENTS:

*Should have good understanding of Mortgage Industry (Loan Against Property) & nature of property in his geographies.

* Good connect with National Aggregators and local DSA

* Ensuring the Sales targets are meet on monthly basis.

* Ensuring portfolio Quality and delinquency is under control.

* Managing Team’s productivity through continuous support and mentoring.

*Ensure high level of motivation amongst the team members

*Should be able to set and allocate weekly and monthly targets for the team members 

*Should be able to handle team issues and resolve them at the earliest.

*Ensure hiring gaps are minimized and attrition is under control.

*Maintaining channel relationship management, new channels are hired by the team and Ensuring high Channel activation ratio.

*Sales targets are meet on monthly basis with minimum skewness towards month ends.
