REQUIREMENTS:
- X-band RF PA design
- Mixed signal RF board design (RF & High speed)
- Power Amplifier for X-Band High Data-rate Transmitter module
- Base-band and RF front-end section for X-Band High Data-rate Transmitter module
- Design and develop RF power amplifiers for high-frequency applications, including wireless communication, radar systems, and satellite communication.
- Conduct RF power amplifier design from concept to production, including specification definition, schematic design, layout, simulation, and validation.
- Perform nonlinear RF circuit simulations and optimizations using tools such as ADS, Microwave Office, or similar software.
- Characterize RF power amplifiers through testing, measurements, and analysis using network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and other RF test equipment.
- Optimize amplifier performance for parameters such as power efficiency, linearity, gain, and bandwidth.
- Develop and implement RF matching networks, impedance matching techniques, and biasing circuits for power amplifiers.
