- Must have experience as HRBP
- Must have experience in financial and banking sector
- Must have experience in bulk recruitment

- Business and Financial Management - Adherence to TAT for recruitment - Hiring efficiency and quality. - Data accuracy. - Cost of hiring
- Customer Focus - New joinee focus - Training Delivery - Employee Engagement Activities - Alignment with Business / Risk and Collection Cluster Managers.
- People / Team - New hire voluntary attrition - High performer attrition in the branch - Completion of PMS and VOE -
- Process / Quality Improvement - Closure on HC backend Operations
