REQUIREMENTS:

1. Oversee the end-to-end loan processing and underwriting process, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
2. Ensure excellent customer service throughout the loan origination and servicing process.
3. Stay abreast of regulatory changes and ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies governing retail lending operations.
4. Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks associated with loan origination, underwriting, and servicing.
5. Continuously evaluate and optimize loan processing workflows to enhance efficiency, reduce turnaround times, and minimize errors. Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the lending process and implement solutions to streamline operations and improve overall performance.
6. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of retail lending operations.
7. Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as sales teams, credit risk management, compliance, and senior management to align retail lending operations with overall business objectives.
