REQUIREMENTS:

1. Phased Antenna Array Design, Basic RF testing & design, Antenna testing, EM simulation tools HFSS/CST/ADS knowledge, Antenna.
2. .Design & development of RF And Antenna Modules.
3. Design and develop RF antenna systems for various applications, including wireless communication, radar, satellite communication, and IoT.
4. Conduct electromagnetic simulations and analysis using tools such as CST Microwave Studio, HFSS, or similar software.
5. Perform antenna matching, impedance matching, and tuning to optimize antenna performance.
6. Characterize antenna performance through testing, measurements, and analysis in an anechoic chamber or similar test environments.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, RF engineers, and system engineers, to integrate antennas into overall system designs.
8. Evaluate and select appropriate antenna technologies and materials based on project requirements and constraints.
9. Stay updated with the latest advancements in antenna design, RF technology, and industry trends.
10. Document antenna designs, simulations, test results, and design decisions.
11. Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and other team members.
12. Participate in design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and problem-solving activities.
