1. Promote the sale of high performance lubricants (Automotive, Industrial, Marine) through regular planned visits to customers throughout assigned region.
2. Maintain competitive information on price, credit terms, sales volume and market share, competitive marketing activity etc. to enable successful negotiation with customer.
3. Meet regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyse variances; initiating corrective actions.
4. Maintain and expand customer base, lead team of sales specialist; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities.
5. Build and lead a high-performing sales and marketing function, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development.
6. Build the B2B and B2C channels, distributor network and direct customer network
