Supervise HR personnel and provide expert guidance.

Ensure compliance with all the legal aspects applicable.

Ensure grievance redressal and invoke disciplinary actions when required.

Partnering with leaders within the organization to track the ongoing hiring needs 

Managing end-to-end recruitment

Develop and implement strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training, and development, etc.

Identifying and partnering with external providers as required to ensure hiring needs are met

Assess employee performance based on whether they are accomplishing company objectives, and provide them with feedback based on their performance

Ability to effectively respond to inquiries and complaints from employees and upper management


Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent.

Proven track record as an HR Manager or other management roles.

Comprehensive knowledge of employment law and recommended HR practices

Well-versed in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook 

Should have excellent oral and written communication skills.

Verbal communication in Hindi Mandatory

Willing to travel PAN India
