Role Description:

Green Apex is seeking a proactive and self-driven Intermediate Sales Executive with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT services sales. The ideal candidate will have a technical understanding, allowing for effective communication of client requirements to our business team, and proven expertise in utilizing outreach methods including cold emailing, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and other platforms.

 Responsibilities:

- Research and identify new business opportunities through outbound activities in line with market trends and specific company needs.

- Seek out the appropriate contact in an organization and identify prospects through active involvement in social selling via platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clutch, and other similar portals.

- Showcase experience in working with bidding portals like Upwork or any other.

- Understand the needs of your customers and respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these.

- Draw up client contracts - manage this by working closely with Business Analysts and Project Managers.

- Have a comprehensive understanding of Green Apex's products or services and be able to advise others about them.

- Create and manage a robust sales pipeline, carry out sales forecasts and analysis, and present your findings to senior management.

- Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales.

- Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

 Qualifications:

- 2-3 years of experience in IT services sales, ideally in a B2B context.

- Proven track record in generating leads and closing deals.

- Solid understanding of technical concepts and principles in the IT Services landscape.

- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.

 Preferred Skills:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for making initial contact and ongoing conversations with clients.

- Strong interpersonal skills for building and developing relationships with clients.

- Ability to work with a range of people, both internally and externally, and exhibit strong presentation skills.

- Team-oriented with a collaborative approach to work.

- Decisive, with a self-driven nature and ability to multitask and prioritize your workload.

- A go-getter attitude and the confidence to initiate and start things from scratch.

 Personal Attributes:

- Must be coachable and open to learning and adapting to new processes and techniques.

- Must exhibit a go-getter attitude and the confidence to start things from scratch.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Candidates with experience in selling services like Game Development, Custom Application Development, and Mobile App Development, as well as those with an MBA in marketing, will be given preference.
