Key responsibilities

: • Develop, test, and deploy Java-based applications, ensuring they are robust,efficient, and scalable. • Review code written by junior developers and provided constructive feedback to maintain coding standards and best practices. • Collaborate with the architecture team to design and implement software solutionsthat align with the company's technical roadmap. • Investigate and resolve complex technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions. • Identify and optimize application bottlenecks to improve system performance and scalability. • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including QA, product management, andDevOps, to ensure successful project delivery. • Create and maintain technical documentation, including system designs, APIs, andcoding standards. • Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers, fostering their professionalgrowth and development. • Ensure compliance with coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines. • Should be a great team player and work with team to achieve goals collaboratively. Requirement: • - Strong in java oops concepts and multithreading • - hands-on experience with data structures • - Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, and other relevant technologies. • - Experience with RESTful web services, microservices architecture, and API design. • - Familiarity with database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL databases. • Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git). - Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. - Strong communication and teamwork abilities. • Must have an idea of deployment and ci/cd tools such as AWS, GCP, Jenkins • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus. • Certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Java Developer) are advantageous. • Knowledge of any caching and streaming frameworks and tools such as redis, hazelcast, kafka is advantageous
