Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional project teams in the successful execution of software development projects using Agile methodologies.
• Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring alignment between project objectives and client expectations.
• Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients.
• Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates, ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational goals.
• Agile Implementation: Drive the adoption of Agile practices within project teams, including Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint retrospectives.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery and proactively develop mitigation strategies to address them.
• Team Leadership: Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of project deliverables through effective testing strategies, user acceptance testing (UAT), and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders, including clients, executives, and internal teams, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within project management practices, driving efficiencies and enhancing project delivery capabilities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience (5-7 years) in project management, preferably in a software development or IT consulting environment.

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles.

Experience working in a client-facing role, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.

Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a track record of leading high-performing project teams to successful project delivery.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to issue resolution.

PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master certification added advantage.
