Role Description:

Green Apex is looking to onboard an energetic and motivated Entry Level Sales Representative interested in embarking on a career in IT services sales. The candidate will be introduced to the domain and will be trained to understand technical requirements for effective communication with our business team. A flair for outreach methods, including LinkedIn and other platforms, will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

- Assist senior sales executives in researching and identifying new business opportunities in line with market trends.

- Begin to identify appropriate contacts in organizations through guidance and active involvement in platforms like LinkedIn.

- Assist and observe senior executives working with bidding portals like Upwork or similar.

- Learn to understand customer needs and participate in discussions about how to meet these.

- Assist in drawing up client contracts under the guidance of Business Analysts and Project Managers.

- Acquire an understanding of Green Apex's products or services.

- Support in managing the sales pipeline, assisting with sales forecasts, and analysis.

- Observe and learn from the sales cycle from customer engagement to closed sales.

 

Qualifications:

- Interest in IT services sales; prior exposure or basic understanding will be an advantage.

- Eagerness to learn and grow in a sales-oriented environment.

- Good written and verbal communication skills for interactions with internal teams.

- Basic interpersonal skills for budding relationships with clients.

- Willingness to work with various teams, both internally and externally.

- Desire to learn presentation skills.

- A team-first mindset with an eagerness to collaborate.

- Organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.

- A proactive attitude and the desire to learn from the ground up.

Candidates who have a basic understanding or interest in services like Game Development, Custom Application Development, and Mobile App Development, as well as recent MBA graduates, are encouraged to apply.
