Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager (Female) for a full-time position at our Raipur office. The ideal candidate will possess at least 7 years of experience in HR management and will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions. This is a senior-level position requiring expertise in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and compliance with employment law. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving our HR strategies and initiatives.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Expertise in developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent (Mandatory skill).
  • Proven experience in analyzing employee engagement metrics to enhance organizational culture (Mandatory skill).
  • In-depth knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements to ensure legal adherence (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficiency in managing HRIS software for efficient HR operations and data management.
  • Experience in promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives to foster an inclusive workplace environment.
  • Strong understanding of compensation and benefits administration to manage employee reward systems effectively.
  • Ability to lead change management processes to support organizational growth and transformation.
  • Skilled in overseeing payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely salary payments.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic HR plans and policies aligned with company objectives.
  • Lead recruitment efforts, including creating job descriptions, conducting interviews, and selecting qualified candidates.
  • Monitor and enhance employee engagement and retention through various initiatives and feedback mechanisms.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations to mitigate legal risks.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs to maintain competitive employee offerings.
  • Foster a diverse and inclusive workplace by advocating and executing relevant initiatives.
