- Experience in promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives to foster an inclusive workplace environment.
- Strong understanding of compensation and benefits administration to manage employee reward systems effectively.
- Ability to lead change management processes to support organizational growth and transformation.
- Skilled in overseeing payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely salary payments.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic HR plans and policies aligned with company objectives.
- Lead recruitment efforts, including creating job descriptions, conducting interviews, and selecting qualified candidates.
- Monitor and enhance employee engagement and retention through various initiatives and feedback mechanisms.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations to mitigate legal risks.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs to maintain competitive employee offerings.
