- Extensive experience in lead generation within industrial sales is essential in identifying potential clients and creating sales opportunities (Mandatory skill).
- In-depth knowledge of industrial products to effectively communicate product benefits and differentiate from competitors (Mandatory skill).
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful B2B sales strategies to drive organizational growth in the sector (Mandatory skill).
- Proficiency in CRM software to manage customer relationships, sales activities, and opportunities.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, leveraging its tools for effective sales pipeline management and customer engagement.
- Strong negotiation skills to effectively close deals and manage client expectations, resulting in mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Ability to analyze market trends to provide insights that inform strategic business decisions and identify new business opportunities.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and engage new business opportunities within the industrial sector by leveraging lead generation techniques and industry knowledge.
- Develop and execute effective B2B sales plans to meet and exceed short-term and long-term sales targets.
- Enhance and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of service satisfaction and repeat business.
- Regularly update CRM software with customer interaction details, sales progress, and activity reports to inform strategic sales approaches.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine sales strategies accordingly.
- Negotiate contracts with potential and existing clients to secure beneficial terms and enhance profitability.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the advantages of industrial products offered.
- Maintain awareness of industry developments and competitors' activities to remain competitive and proactive in market strategies.
