Required Business development Executive (PEB Structure)

Location- Chhattisgarh (Raipur, Durg, Bhilai, Raigar, Bilaspur and other Industrial Area) 

4-5 Years of Technical sales experience.

Qualification - BE/ Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineer.

Salary is no bar for suitable candidates. 

• Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and achieve sales targets in the high mast industry.
• Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve individual and collective sales goals.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, understand market trends, and stay informed about competitor activities.
• Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare sales forecasts, analyze sales data, and generate regular reports to provide insights into sales performance, market trends, and areas for improvement.
• Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of the high mast products, including technical specifications, features, and benefits, to effectively communicate product value propositions to clients.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize sales performance and profitability.
• Collaboration with Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing strategies, promotional campaigns, and sales collateral to support sales activities and initiatives.
