• Continuously analyze and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and reduce wastage.
• Coordinate with other departments to align production flow with overall company objectives.
• Ensure material and equipment are readily available and up to the operational standards needed for production.
• Train, supervise, and evaluate the performance of production staff, fostering a culture of safety and productivity.
• Prepare reports on production results and present them to upper management for strategy planning and analysis.
