Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure that administrative tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
  • Maintain and organize office files and records to ensure documentation is readily accessible when needed.
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and events by managing schedules and booking venues or services as required.
  • Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos, and forms to support communication within the office.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, direct inquiries appropriately, and provide information as needed.
