Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of 1 to 3 years of accounting experience, demonstrating competence in financial transactions and bookkeeping.
  • Proficiency in handling accounts payable (Mandatory skill), ensuring timely payments and maintenance of accurate records.
  • Solid understanding of general ledger (Mandatory skill), including journal entries, reconciliations, and keeping ledgers accurate.
  • Skilled in bookkeeping, managing day-to-day financial transactions with efficiency and attention to detail.
  • Experience in preparing financial reports, presenting data clearly to assist managerial decision-making.
  • Competence in accounts receivable, tracking payments, managing invoices, and ensuring timely collection.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, using formulas and data tables to analyze and organize financial information effectively.
  • Strong financial analysis skills, capable of interpreting financial data to support strategic financial planning.
  • High degree of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and documentation.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Process financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and regulations.
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal review and management purposes.
  • Maintain general ledger accounts by monitoring account balances, completing monthly reconciliations, and preparing adjusting entries.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, reports, and correspondence.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with financial procedures and improve operational efficiency.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities by providing necessary financial insights and data analysis.
  • Support external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations regarding financial transactions.
