Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Human Resources professional to join our team in Raipur on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in the HR field and will be responsible for supporting our HR functions, ensuring smooth operations related to employee relations, performance management, and training. This position requires a proactive individual with strong recruitment and development skills.

Qualifications and Skills

  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience in human resources in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring. Training and development experience is vital.
  • Strong understanding of employee relations and the ability to handle employee grievances effectively.
  • Experience in managing performance management systems and facilitating performance appraisals.
  • Knowledge of compensation and benefits administration and the ability to manage benefit enrollment efforts.
  • Familiarity with HR compliance, including policy development and adherence to regulations.
  • Conflict resolution skills to mediate issues and foster a positive work environment.
  • Experience managing HRIS systems to ensure accurate employee data maintenance and reporting.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct recruitment activities including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and promote career growth.
  • Manage performance appraisal processes and provide feedback mechanisms to improve employee performance.
  • Ensure accurate and timely update of HRIS data and generate reports for management review.
  • Address and resolve employee questions and issues regarding company policies, procedures, and compensation.
  • Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation to promote smooth integration into the company.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal standards.
  • Support senior HR staff in executing strategic HR projects and initiatives.
