Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Human Resources professional to join our team in Raipur on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in the HR field and will be responsible for supporting our HR functions, ensuring smooth operations related to employee relations, performance management, and training. This position requires a proactive individual with strong recruitment and development skills.

Qualifications and Skills
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience in human resources in a similar role.
- Proficiency in recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring. Training and development experience is vital.
- Strong understanding of employee relations and the ability to handle employee grievances effectively.
- Experience in managing performance management systems and facilitating performance appraisals.
- Knowledge of compensation and benefits administration and the ability to manage benefit enrollment efforts.
- Familiarity with HR compliance, including policy development and adherence to regulations.
- Conflict resolution skills to mediate issues and foster a positive work environment.
- Experience managing HRIS systems to ensure accurate employee data maintenance and reporting.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct recruitment activities including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and promote career growth.
- Manage performance appraisal processes and provide feedback mechanisms to improve employee performance.
- Ensure accurate and timely update of HRIS data and generate reports for management review.
- Address and resolve employee questions and issues regarding company policies, procedures, and compensation.
- Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation to promote smooth integration into the company.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal standards.
- Support senior HR staff in executing strategic HR projects and initiatives.
