We are seeking an HR Executive - Fresher for a full-time role located in Raipur. This junior position requires a work experience of 1 to 3 years in the HR field. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, onboarding, and documentation processes and is expected to have a keen understanding of HR policies and employee relations.

Qualifications and Skills
- Proficient in recruitment processes, including sourcing and screening candidates (Mandatory skill).
- Skilled in onboarding procedures to ensure a smooth integration of new hires (Mandatory skill).
- Experience with documentation related to hiring and employment records (Mandatory skill).
- Understanding of HR policies and their implementation in the workplace.
- Ability to foster strong employee relations through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with employees and management.
- Strong time management skills to organize and prioritize various HR tasks efficiently.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance in HR documents and processes.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process by identifying and attracting suitable candidates.
- Coordinate and conduct onboarding sessions for new employees, ensuring a seamless introduction to the company.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring all HR documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Support the implementation and communication of HR policies across the organization.
- Facilitate effective communication between employees and management to nurture a positive workplace environment.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with both candidates and managers to ensure recruitment success and satisfaction.
- Implement efficient time management practices to handle multiple HR activities simultaneously.
- Address employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits, providing guidance as required.
