We are seeking an HR Executive - Fresher for a full-time role located in Raipur. This junior position requires a work experience of 1 to 3 years in the HR field.   • Skilled in onboarding procedures to ensure a smooth integration of new hires (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience with documentation related to hiring and employment records (Mandatory skill).
  • Understanding of HR policies and their implementation in the workplace.
  • Ability to foster strong employee relations through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with employees and management.
  • Strong time management skills to organize and prioritize various HR tasks efficiently.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance in HR documents and processes.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process by identifying and attracting suitable candidates.
  • Coordinate and conduct onboarding sessions for new employees, ensuring a seamless introduction to the company.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring all HR documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Support the implementation and communication of HR policies across the organization.
  • Facilitate effective communication between employees and management to nurture a positive workplace environment.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with both candidates and managers to ensure recruitment success and satisfaction.
  • Implement efficient time management practices to handle multiple HR activities simultaneously.
  • Address employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits, providing guidance as required.
