• Minimum of 4 years of experience in electrical systems installation, ensuring the complete setup of electrical frameworks (Mandatory skill).
• Project management expertise to efficiently coordinate and deliver electrical projects on time and within budget (Mandatory skill).
• Strong communication skills to effectively relay project information and instructions to team members (Mandatory skill).
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints to guide project planning and execution.
• Proven supervisory skills to lead and support the electrical team in achieving targets and maintaining productivity.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical issues, identifying and resolving them quickly to minimize downtime.
• In-depth knowledge of safety regulations to ensure all work complies with local and national safety standards.
• Team leadership abilities to inspire and manage a diverse team, fostering a collaborative work environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of electricians and other staff involved in electrical projects.
• Ensure electrical installations comply with the given specifications, codes, and regulations.

• Maintain project schedules by monitoring work progress and making necessary adjustments.
