Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction with services offered.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver services aligned with client expectations and company standards.
- Analyze client data and feedback to identify opportunities for service enhancement and business growth.
- Regularly update client database to reflect current information, ensuring data integrity and availability.
- Prepare and present regular reports on client activities and business development efforts to senior management.
- Facilitate effective communication between clients and internal departments to streamline operations and improve service delivery.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations to showcase new products and services, enhancing client relationships.
