  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction with services offered.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver services aligned with client expectations and company standards.
  • Analyze client data and feedback to identify opportunities for service enhancement and business growth.
  • Regularly update client database to reflect current information, ensuring data integrity and availability.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on client activities and business development efforts to senior management.
  • Facilitate effective communication between clients and internal departments to streamline operations and improve service delivery.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations to showcase new products and services, enhancing client relationships.
