Roles and Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve the highest level of service excellence.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to research and resolve customer issues.
  • Stay updated with the latest product offerings, changes, and policies to deliver relevant information to customers.
  • Contribute to the team's performance by consistently meeting individual and team targets for customer service metrics.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve knowledge and performance and adapt to changing procedures and practices.
