• Must have customer relationship management skills (Mandatory skill) to effectively engage with clients and address their requirements.
• Demonstrated product knowledge (Mandatory skill) in civil engineering to ensure effective project implementation and problem-solving.
• Proficiency in closing techniques (Mandatory skill) to finalize project agreements successfully.
• Strong negotiation capabilities to reach favorable agreements with vendors, contractors, and clients.
• Excellent communication skills to facilitate clear and precise interactions with team members and stakeholders.
• Proven prospecting skills to identify and develop new project opportunities and client relationships.
• Presentation skills to deliver comprehensive project plans and updates to clients and team members.
• Effective time management to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines efficiently.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee day-to-day field activities at the project site to ensure work is progressing as planned.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders including architects, engineers, and contractors to align on project objectives.
• Monitor project progress and handle any issues or delays that arise, ensuring timely resolution.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards.
• Prepare project reports and keep stakeholders informed on project milestones and developments.
• Participate in project meetings and provide insights and updates on work status and potential challenges.
• Assist in the preparation of design plans and project estimates for client presentations.
• Ensure all site documentation and records are maintained accurately and can be referenced as needed.
