Designation Officer – Technical Sales Support (RECARB Business)

Position reports to Business Manager Recarb Business

Summarize the primary purpose of the position, including scope of responsibility in 5-7 concise sentences.

The incumbent would provide technical support to Business Manager – Recarb Business.

Should have strong knowledge about the product specifications, parter with Customers (Old as well as new) and understand their requirement and explore innovative ways of product usage differently. Should be able to strongly do benefit selling

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide technical support to Business Manager with respect to product specifications, parter with business to understand the customer’s requirement and explore innovative ways of product usage.

  • Connect with different industries and find their requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance to customers, sales team and other stakeholders to drive sales and ensure consumer satisfaction.
  • Role involves understanding of CPC product, applications and solutions and effectively communicating these to clients/customers, sales team.
  • Share latest developments, technologies and trends in the CPC industry.
  • Lead product development and enhancement to existing product basis customer feedback and market trends.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in CPC industry.
