Job Overview


We are seeking a highly skilled Training Manager for one of clients in Cochin and Trivandrum. As a Training Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective training programs for our technical and hospitality clients. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of mid-level experience in training and development.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Training Manager or similar role, preferably in the technical or hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to effectively engage and motivate trainees.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficient in using training software and technologies.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Certification in Training and Development is a plus.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement training programs based on the needs of our technical and hospitality clients.
  • Create engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, videos, and e-learning modules.
  • Conduct training sessions for employees and ensure effective transfer of knowledge and skills.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify training needs and design appropriate solutions.
  • Manage training budgets and resources to deliver cost-effective programs.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of trainees and provide constructive feedback.
  • Coordinate with client organizations to understand their training requirements and customize programs accordingly.
  • Maintain training records and documentation for auditing and compliance purposes.
