Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Trainer to join with one of our clients in Hospitality Industry Work locations shall be Darjeeling on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will possess between 7 to 10 years of relevant work experience, particularly in delivering effective training programs related to the hospitality industry. The Trainer will play a crucial role in enhancing employee capabilities and driving improvements in service standards.

Qualifications and Skills

• A minimum of 7 years of training experience with expertise in the hospitality industry is essential.
• Proficient in training delivery with strong communication skills to effectively engage with diverse audiences.
• Comprehensive knowledge of hotel management and hospitality management practices and trends.
• Proficiency in training and development, particularly within HR contexts and employee training methodologies.
• Ability to design and implement training programs that meet the specific standards of the hospitality industry.
