Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Telemarketer for our offices located in Pune, Mumbai, Indore, Cochin, Ernakulam, and Thiruvananthapuram. This is a full-time position requiring candidates to possess a minimum of 1 year to a maximum of 3 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication abilities, focusing on customer service and telecommunication skills, to excel in this role.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience of at least 1 year in telemarketing or a related field to demonstrate strong communication capabilities.
- Exceptional customer service skills to provide clients with a positive engagement experience.
- Strong telecommunications knowledge for handling calls effectively and engaging potential customers.
- Experience in career counseling to guide potential customers in making informed decisions.
- Ability to implement academic advising techniques that enhance customers' decision-making processes.
- Proficiency in student counseling to understand and address varied customer needs and requirements.
- Capability to gather and interpret the Voice of the Customer to continuously improve service strategies.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills to manage multiple calls in a busy environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients in the technical and hospitality sectors and explain our services effectively.
- Identify leads and nurture long-term customer relationships through consistent follow-up and quality interaction.
- Develop and update customer databases with accurate information gathered during telephonic conversations.
- Listen and respond efficiently to customer inquiries, delivering personalized solutions and advice.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve monthly targets and enhance team performance.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of GREATBELL HR services and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients.
- Prepare regular reports on telemarketing progress and feedback to contribute to strategic planning.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support.
