• Strong communication skills to build and maintain relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Familiarity with human resources principles and best practices in recruitment.
• Experience in HR consulting to advise clients on staffing needs and strategies.
• Solid recruiting skills with the ability to handle end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Competence in job evaluation to analyze and match candidate capabilities with role requirements.

• Conduct sourcing activities to identify potential candidates for various positions in technical and hospitality sectors.
• Screen and evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for open roles, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
• Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand and fulfill their specific staffing needs and preferences.
• Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive research and ongoing relationship management.
• Utilize HR consulting capabilities to provide strategic advice on recruitment and workforce planning.
• Conduct job evaluations to ensure that job descriptions and specifications are current and relevant.
