Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor for a mid-level position. The role will be based in various locations across Kerala, including Kozhikode, Thrissur, Ernakulam, Thiruvananthapuram, Kollam, Kottayam, and Cochin. As a full-time position, the Site Supervisor will oversee construction projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in construction management to effectively handle all aspects of project planning, execution, and completion.
• Strong project coordination skills to ensure seamless communication and scheduling across all involved parties and stakeholders.
• In-depth knowledge of quality control to maintain high standards in construction processes and outcomes.
• Understanding of safety compliance to enforce and adhere to safety protocols and regulations on site.
• Experience in handling civil projects to manage specific challenges and requirements of civil engineering works.
• Capability in managing interior work projects to ensure alignment with client specifications and design standards.
• Proven record of effective site supervising to oversee the daily operations and problem-solving on-site issues.
• Engineering background preferred to provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead construction projects from planning through deployment, ensuring timely completion.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant building codes, environmental laws, and health and safety standards.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with contractors, suppliers, and site workers to facilitate smooth project development.
• Monitor and maintain project schedules and budgets, recommending corrective actions as necessary.
• Conduct site inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Maintain daily site records and logs to track progress and report back to project managers.
• Resolve any technical or operational issues promptly to minimize disruption to project timelines.
• Train and motivate site staff, encouraging teamwork and high performance to achieve project objectives.
