· Provide recommendations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
· Resolve any discrepancies or inconsistencies in the documentation.
· Seek feedback from the onshore team and clients to improve future processes.
Billing reports
· Ensure accurate capture of billing data for the team.
· Collaborate with finance or billing department to process invoices.
· Verify billing details and resolve any discrepancies.
· Coordinate with team members to gather necessary billing information.
· Ensure compliance with billing procedures and policies.
· Address billing-related inquiries, if any, from the onshore team and the Accounting team.
