Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Retail Store Manager to join our with one of our leading clients in Textile Industry based in Cochin, Ernakulam, Thrissur, Thiruvananthapuram, Kottayam, Alappuzha, and Kozhikode. This full-time position requires a minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in retail management and exhibit exceptional leadership skills.
Qualifications and Skills
- Retail Sales (Mandatory skill): Demonstrable success in retail sales with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Retail (Mandatory skill): Comprehensive knowledge and expertise in retail management and operations to maximize store performance.
- Store (Mandatory skill): Hands-on experience in managing and optimizing store layouts for best operational efficiency and sales output.
- Customer Service: Exceptional ability to develop and implement effective customer service strategies, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
- Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) Sales: Expertise in FMCG sales strategies and knowledge of industry trends to stay competitive in the market.
- Business Development: Proven ability to identify new business opportunities and implement growth strategies to increase market share.
- Sales Operations: Adept at overseeing daily sales operations, ensuring targets are met, and optimizing workflow processes for better efficiency.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills to inspire and drive the team towards achieving store objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities
