Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Reservation Executive for our team based in Cochin, Alappuzha, Thrissur, Thiruvananthapuram, and Kottayam. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for managing room and hotel reservations, ensuring a seamless booking experience for our clients. The ideal candidate will bring proficiency in hotel reservations and room bookings, backed by effective customer service skills.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in hotel reservations and room booking processes (Mandatory skill).
- Proven ability to efficiently handle hotel bookings and client inquiries (Mandatory skill).
- Strong customer service skills to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and team members effectively.
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to manage booking software and applications.
- Understanding of the hospitality industry to cater to diverse client requirements.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to dynamic work situations.
- Problem-solving skills to address client requests and issues promptly and efficiently.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and process hotel room reservations accurately and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving booking issues.
- Ensure all reservations are input correctly into the booking system and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with hotels to confirm bookings and special client requests.
- Assist clients with modifications and cancellations, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Regularly update clients on reservation status and provide travel-related assistance.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet targets and enhance service offerings.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with clients and stakeholders.
