Job Overview
GREATBELL HR Consultancy Services PVT LTD is seeking a Senior Operations Manager for a full-time position. The successful candidate will work in various districts across Kerala including Idukki, Munnar, Thrissur, Thiruvananthapuram, Wayanad, Kottayam, and Palakkad. This role demands an experienced professional with 7 to 10 years of work experience who can manage and oversee hospitality-specific operations and strategic projects.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 7 years of proven experience in operational management, specifically within the hospitality sector.
- Strong ability to manage and supervise all aspects of hospitality operations effectively (Mandatory skill).
- Experience in implementing strategic projects with a focus on enhancing operational efficiency and service quality (Mandatory skill).
- Proficient in hotel operations and management, ensuring optimum performance and customer satisfaction (Mandatory skill).
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to lead a diverse team towards excellence.
- Strong analytical skills to assess operational performance and develop strategic improvements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a collaborative work environment.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, optimize resources, and increase profitability through strategic planning.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the functional aspects of day-to-day hospitality operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction (Mandatory skill).
- Coordinate the implementation of strategic projects aimed at enhancing operational processes and service delivery.
- Supervise all hospitality departments, ensuring compliance with company standards and customer expectations (Mandatory skill).
- Develop and monitor budgets to ensure financial objectives are met and resources are used optimally.
- Lead and mentor staff to foster a productive and motivated team environment.
- Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
